PROCEDURE FOR THE INDEPENDENT RETURN
To comply with the return, place the product and related accessories inside the original box on which you will indicate the sender and order number.
Send the parcel to WEBINWORD – Via Trieste 9/5 – 33044 – Manzano (UD).
The refund will be credited within 1-2 working days from the time we receive the package and will be credited towards the same payment method used at the time of the purchase.
The costs of the payment intermediary (PayPal / credit cards) equal to € 5 will be deducted from the refund.
PROCEDURE FOR RETURNS VIA CUSTOMER SERVICE
You can arrange the return via our customer service center. All you need to do is to place the related product and accessories inside the original box. Send an email to [email protected] indicating your name, address and date chosen for the collection. Download the return label sent to you by our customer service and apply it on the package; the courier will complete the pickup.
The cost of the procedure is € 12 and will be deducted from the refund.
PLEASE NOTE: it is ESSENTIAL TO INDICATE both SENDER and ORDER NUMBER with the return package.
Attention! The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases where the item is not returned in a condition of complete integrity, such as in the cases of:
- lack of the original packaging (it is therefore advisable to keep the original packaging of the product at least until the expiry of the period for the exercise of the withdrawal);
- absence of product components (accessories, cables, instruction manuals, etc.);
- product damage due to causes other than transport;
